AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
• AMENDING A PORTION OF DISTRICTING MAP NO. 3
TO DESIGNATE A FRONT YARD SETBACK OF TWENTY FEET
ADJACENT TO THE RIVO ALTO CHANNEL
BETWEEN 33rd AND 34th STREETS IN WEST NEWPORT
(PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 610)
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
Lots 1 through 7, Canal Section, located at
3300 -3312 Marcus Avenue,
as shown on Districting Map No. 3, referred to in Section 20.01.050
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made a
part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby amended to designate a front
yard setback of twenty (20) feet adjacent to the Rivo Alto Channel on
said lots as referenced above.
SECTION 2. The Director of Planning of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change Districting
Map No. 3 to show the change in front yard setbacks as described in
Section 1 hereof, and as said Districting Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of
Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code:
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 26th day
