AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH REPEALING SECTION 2.12.120 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO DUTIES
OF POLICE, MARINE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT IN CASE OF
DISTRESS.
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
•
Section 1: Section 2.12.120 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code, and that portion of Ordinance 1382 and 1602
pursuant to which it was enacted, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 9th day of October, 1989, and adopted on the 30th day of
October , 1989 by the following vote, to -wit:
