A RESOLUTION OF THR BOARD OF TRUSTEES (F THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTIPTG CERTAIN PLANS AND PROFILES, AND
PLAN OF ASSESScIENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMMIT OF CER-
TAIN PORTIONS OF F STREET, I. STREET, J STREET AND K
STREET, AND FIRST ALLEY NORTHERLY OF CENTRAL AVENUE FRGS;
F STREET TO L STREET, IN SAID CITY.
The Board of Trustees of tla lity of Newport Beach.do re-
solve as follows:
That the following plans prepared by the City Engineer of
said city, being numbered Plan No. 262, plan and profile of stirrer F
in F Street from Central Avenue to first alley north of Central
CU..�
Avenueiin first alley north of Central Avenue from F Street to
I Street and in I Street from Central Avenue to Bay Avenue, and
in first alley north of Central Avenue from I Street to J Street;
and plan No. 263, plan and profile of. sewer in J Street from
Central Avenue to first alley north of Central Avenue, and in first
alley north of Central Avenue from J Street to K Street, and in K
Street from Central Avenue to first alley north of Central Avenue
and in first alley north of Central Avenue from K Street to L
Street, for the improvement of said streets and alleys by the con-
struction of a cement pipe sanitary sewer, together with necessary
appurtenances, within said city, be and the same are hereby adopters
as the plans for doing said work:
That Plan No. 264, assessment district for the improvement
• of the first alley northerly of Central Avenue and other streets
and alleys showing the exterior boundaries of said district, be and

• the same is hereby adopted as the plan of said assessment
• district.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being
