rights of way in and o Med by the city of idewpoit Beach, pursuant _
to Resolution of Intention No,160 and no person appeasing to
show cause or .did show cause why the same should not be done, or-
objected thereto, pr protested against the same;
Resolved, that the unpaid assessments fo.r�the work donee
and improvement made, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 160 '
are as shown on the Street Superintendent's list of unpaid assess—,
ments, filed with the Clerk of the city of Newport Beach on the
30th day of September, A922, and that each and every assessment is
now unpaid and the a; regate thereof is $1684.47.
Resolved, that bonds be issued upon the security.,of such
unpaid assessments shown on the Street S�)perintendent's list, thereof
in the manner and as provided for in the Improvement Bond Act of.'
1915.
That all of said bonds shall be dated the 12th.day of
December,1922, be fifteen in number and of the following denomdnatio
Bonds numbered from 1 to 14, both inclusive, in the denomination of`
*0112.30, Bond No. 15 in the denomination of $112.27
One of said bonds, in successive numerical order shall be
paid &a.ch' year, commencing on the 2nd day of July, 1924, until -all
of said bonds are paid.
The interest on said bonds and the money-'thereby. repr.e

sented shall be at the rate of 'seven per cent. per annum, and shall
be paid semi— annually on the 2nd Jay of January and of July of Each
