ORNIA, WITHIN THE CITY OF NRTPnRT BEACH.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do resolve
as follows:
SECTION_ J.
Resolution No. 253 passed by said Board of Trustees on the 10th
day of September, 1923 and entitled, "A Resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach, Declaring Their Intention to order the Im-
provement of Ocean Boulevard and Certain Other Streets, Avenues and Alleys
in Tract No. 518 as per Yap Thereof Recorded in Miscellaneous Blaps Book
17, Pages 33, 34, 35 and 36, Records of orange County, California, Within
said City cinder the Improvement Act of 1911 and the Amendments to Said
Act," and
Resolution No. 259 passed by said Board of Trustees on the 18t
day of October, 1923 and entitled, "A Resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach Ordering the Imrrovement of Ocean Boulevard
and Certain Other Streets, Avenues and Alleys in Tract No. 518 as Per Map
Thereof Recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 17, Pages, 33, 34, 35 and 36,
Pecords of Orange County, California, Within Said City Under the Improve-
ment Act of 1911 and the Amendments to Said Act, "sand
Resolution No. 267 passed by said Board of Trustees on the 29th
day of October, 1923 and entitled, "A Resolution of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach Awarding the Contract for Certain Work on
Ocean Boulevard and Certain Other Streets, Avenues and Alleys in Tract No.
518 as Per Map Thereof Recorded in Miscellaneous maps Book 17, Pages 33,

340 35 and 36, Records of Orange Countyj California, within Said City,"
. are hereby rescinded so far as the same relate to the deciarati6n of In-
tention bo Order,or to the Ordering of the improvements therein described,
or to the awarding of a contract thereof, and each and all` thereof, and
all proceedings for the construction of said improve men to)' and each and
all of them are hereby abandoned.
