• A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NE14VPORT BEACH CONFIRMING THE ASSESS-
MENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF McFADDEN PLACE AND 21st STREET WITHIN
SAID CITY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of streets
of the City of Newport Beach, made and filed with the City Clerk
of said City on the 10th day of December, 1924, his assessment
and -diagram for the improvement of certain portions of McFadden
Place and 21st Street within said City as directed in Resolution
of Intention No. 289, passed by the Board of Trustees of said
City on the 7th day of July, 1924, and
Wr?EREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form re-
quired by law for all interested persons

WHEREAS, all interested persons having appeardd before this
Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to
show cause why said assessment should not be confirmed and all
objections presented having been heard and fully considered, now
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of New-
port Beach as follows:
That no cause has been shown why.the,said Assessment should
not be confirmed;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Newport Beach, be, and he is. hereby authorized and
directed to attach a warrant'to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by law and thereafter to deliver

THEREFORE, the
Board of Trustees of
the City of
Newport Beach
does hereby approve
and confirm the..said
assessment,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Newport Beach, be, and he is. hereby authorized and
directed to attach a warrant'to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by law and thereafter to deliver

• the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
• I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach on the day of 1925,
