Resolution No.
A Resolution accepting,on behalf of the city of
Newport Beach as grantee, a grant of real property
from Pacific Electric Railw—y Company.

Resolved, that that certain deed executed by Pacific
Electric Railway Company on the 3rd day of 'Larch, 1925, to and
in favor of the city of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation,
together with the land therein described,granted, and conveyed,
be and the same are hereby accepted by the city of Ner.-port Beach.
Resolved, that a certified copy of this Resolution be
attached to said deed and recorded therewith.
The foregoing Resolution No. was duly introduced
and passed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Be ^ch
at a regular meeting thereof held the 28th day of Feptember, 1925
by the following; vote:
