A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the city
of Newport Beach approving a plat which indicates by
a boundary line the extent of the improvement, nairely-
the widening in part of Central Avenue, and the land
necessary to be taken therefor, and further indicating by
a boundary line the extent of the territory to be includ=
ed in an assessment district, and ordering said plat to be
filed in the office of the Engir�er of the city of Newport
Beach.
Resolved, that that certain plat No. 322 which indicates
by a boundary line colored yellow the extent of the improvement
namely -the widening in part of Central Avenue and the land neces-
sary to be taken therefor, the which plat also and further indicate
by aboundary line colored red the extent of the territory to be in-
cluded in the assessment district, be and is hereby approved as
the plat of said improvement, and shall govern for all details as
to the extent df the improvement, the land necessary to be taken
therefor, and as to the extent of said district.
Res:.olved, that the Clerk of the city of Fe-:;port Bach
certify said plat and file the same in the office of the Engineer
of the city of Newport Beach before the Superintendent of Streets
shall proceed with the publication and posting of the notice of
public work.
I hereby certify the foregdng Resolution was duly
introduced, passed, approved and signed by the Board of Trustees
of the city of New m rt Beech at a regular meeting thereof held
the 9th day of Nosember,1925,. by the following vote,
