A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE

THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF �aoAST BOULEVARD TN GATT) CTTX

WHEREAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of Streets
of the City of T?ewport Beach made and filed with the
City Clerk of said City on the 2nd. _ day of December.1925 >
his assessment and diagram for the improvement of certain
portions of Coast Boulevard
in said City, as described in Resolution of Intention No.,336 >
passed by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 1st, day
of June , 1925 , and
'WHEREAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form re-
quired by lav for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, at the
hour of 7.30 o'clock, P.M. of T.;ondav , the 21st.
day of nanamber , 192 5 , and show cause rhy the said
Board of Trustees should not confirm said assessment, and
WHEREAS, All interested persons having appeared before this
Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to show
cause why said assessment should not be confirmed, and all ob-
jections presented having been heard and fully considered, now
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of

That no cause has been sho:vn *Thy the sz.id assessment should
not be confirmed;

THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of Teeaoort _
RPgeh does hereby approve and confirm the said assess-
ment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Ptewport Beach be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the
same in the manner and form required by law, and thereafter to
deliver the same to the Contractor or its asaig-nee.

duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of
