A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CONFIRMING THE ASSESS -
! MENT FOR THE PLPROVE2. ".ENT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF CENTRAL AVENUE, WITHIN SPID CITY.

7H.ERFAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Newport Beach made and filed mith the
City Clerk of said City, on the 5th day of !!arch, 1927, his
assessment and diagram for the improvement of certain portions
of Central Avenue, within said City, as directed in Resolution
of Intention No. 383, passed by the Board of Trustees of said
City on the 2nd day of August, 1926; 'and
WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form
required by law for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees in the Council Chamber of said Board, in the
City Hall, at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock, P.1,F. of JFonday, the
4th day of April, 1927, and show cause why the said Board of
Trustees should not confirm said assessment; and
WHEREAS, all interested persons having appeared before
this Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to
shoe• cause why said assessment should not be confirmed and all
objections presented having been heard and fully considered; now
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach, as follows:
That no cause has been shown why the said Assessment
should not be confirmed;
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newoort
Beach do hereby approve and confirm the said assessment; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets
=' of said City of Newport Beach be, and he is, hereby authorized and
directed to attach a ^arrant to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by law, and thereafter to deliver
the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoint; Resolution
was duly and regularly passed by hhe Board of Trustees of the
City of Newport Beach on the day of 1927, by
the following vote, to -wit:
AHES: Trustees,
NOES: Trustees,
ABSENT: Trustees.
