RESOLUTION-NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF 7VMORT BEACH CONFIRZING TF.E ASSESS ?ENT
FOR THE IyPPOVEXT%TT OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
22nd STREET, THE XRCADE A7D OTHER STREETS TITHIX
SAID CITY.
EREAS, Pursuant to statute, tLe Superintendent of
Streets of the City of Fe"ort Beach made and filed pith the City
Clerk of eaid City, on the 25th day of June, 1927, his,assessment
and diagram for the improvement of certain portions of 22nd Street,
The ,Arcade and other streets within said City, as directed in
Resolution of Intention Yo. 406, passed by the Board: of Trustees
of said City on the 3rd dey of January, 1927; and
tR.EMEAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form
required by law for all interested persons to appear before the
w.
Board of Trustees in the Council Chamber of said Board in the City
Hall, of the hour of 7:30 o'clock, P.V,.. of yonday, the 25th'day
of July, 1927, and show cause why the said Board of Trustees should
not confirm said assessment; and
I EAS, All interested persons havin6 appeared before
this Board of Trustees, and having, been given full opportunity to
shoe cause why said, assessment should not be confirmed and r.11
objections presented having been heard and fully considered; nom
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of

That no ca.ust has been sho-n why the said Assessment
should not be confirmed;
THME4EF'ORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Ne�port
Beach do hereby approve and confirm the said assessment; and

LSE IT FURTHRR RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets
of said City of Ne"ort Beach be, and he is, hereby authorized and
directed to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the same
in the manner and form required by late, and thereafter to deliver
th# same to the Contractor.or its assignee.
