the City of Ne!tport Beach and construction of improvements ther,
and to pay the oosts of incidental expenses in connection there-
with, all in the sum of $36,000.00; and,
'.'.HZREAS, an election was called and ordered to be
held in Lunicipal Improvement District No. 7 of said City of Yeupc
Beach, on Tuesday, the 16th day of July, 1929, for the purpose
of submitting the propositiion heretofore referred to in this
Resolution; and,
MhEREAS, said election was duly held as provided by
lab and seid Ordinance. No. 362 in the said City of Newport Beach
for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said
cl nicipal Improvement District No. 7 of said city the proposition
heretofore in this resolution set forth; and,
MHEREAS, it appears tiia.t said election i-es held
pursuant to law and said Ordinance No. 362 , and that votin."

a.ppointed and election supplies furnished and that in all respect
saidelection ras held and conducted and tae votes cast trereat
received and canvassed and the returns thereof made and declared
in time, form and manner as required by said Ordinance P ?o. 362
