RESOLUTION NO. 650.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
WOODEN FLOAT AT 19TH STREET.
It appearing to the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that the construction of a wooden float at 19th
Street and the Bay Front in the City of Newport Beach is now
necessary for the purpose of commerce and navigation.
NOGG, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the specifications
for the construction of a wooden float at 19th Street and the
Bay Front, as prepared by R. L. Patterson, City Engineer, and
.submitted this 2nd day of February, 1931, be and the same are
hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for
doing the said work in making said improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk give a Notice
to Contractors inviting bids for the construction of said float
in accordance with the specifications and plans herein on file
and as providejd by law, and that said notice bebublished three
(3) times in the NEWPORT NEWS, a newspaper of general circu-
iation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Newport
Beach.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held this 2nd day of
February, 1931, by the following vote, to -wit: p
