The City Council of the City of Rewport Beach does
resolve as follows:
TIHEPEAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, did, on the i3 = day of _nc , 1931, pass Resolution
No. lob 8 ordering the improvement of Bay Avenue, 9th Street,
and certain alleys in Tract No. 894, within the said City under
the "Improvement Act of 1911" and amendments of said Act, and
WHEREAS, said Council desires that said work be done
under the direction of the City Engineer of the City of Nei7port
Beach.
NOV, THEREFORE, the City Council Of the City of Newport
Beach hereby resolves and directs that the aforesaid work shall-be
done under the direction of the City Engineer/of said City of
Newport Beach and the materials used shall comply with the speci-
fications and to be to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, in-
stead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Newport
Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at &I a �50ur/IPJmeeting of the
City Council held on the �3! day of 24r-6-4-, 1931, by the folloc;-
ing vote, to- -wit:
