RESOLUTION 11;L
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement
between the City of Newport Beach as the pasty of the first part,
and Newport Fishermens Protective Association, a corporation,
as the party of the second part; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the party of
the first part, being the owner of certain piers, wharfs and
public landings in the City of Newport Beach, grants unto the
party of the second part the license and privilege of using said
piers, wharfs and public landings, in said agreement described
upon the conditions, covenants and reservations in said agreement
set forth, for the term of one year from and after May 15th, 193311
and for the sum in said agreement specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor
of the City of Newport Beach and the City Clerk of said city be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk of said City
is hereby further instructed to have the party of the second
part duly execute said agreement, and the same shall thereupon
become a valid and binding contract as between said parties.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the _l iL day of �,� 1933, by the

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 792 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 15th day of May 19 33 by the following
vote, to wit:
