WHEREAS, pursuant to instruotions, the City Attorney

of the City of Newport Beaoh has prepared a lioense agreement in

whioh the City of Newport Beaoh as party of the first part agrees
s
to grant a lioense to E. G. Greeley as party of the seoond part,
6
whereby the seoond party has oontrol over the dump grounds of the
7
oity of Newport Beaoh, upon the oonditions, oovenants and restrio
8
tions in said oontraot set forth; and
9
WHEREAS, said oontraot has been duly presented by sai
10
oity Attorney to the City Counoil of the City of Newport Beaoh fo
11
its aCoeptanoe and approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that oertain

lioense agreement made and entered into the let day of September,

1933, by and between the City of Newport Beaoh as the party of
15
the first part, and E. G. Greeley, as party of the seoond part,
16
and wherein and whereby the City of Newport Beaoh grants to the
17
said party of the seoond part the exolusive right and privilege
18
of oontrolling and polioing the dump grounds of the oity of
19
Newport Beaoh, upon oertain oonditions, restriotions and oovenant
20
therein oontained, be and the same is hereby approved as written.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City
22
23 Clerk of the City of Newport Beaoh be authorized and direoted to
24 sign said lioense agreement on behalf of the oity of Newport Bea
25 I hereby oertify that the foregoing resolution was
26 duly and regularly passed by the City Counoil of the oity of
27 .Newport Beaoh at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day
