RESOLUTION NO. a `
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain Conditional Sales
Contract dated the 5th day cf.August, 1935, by and between
Theodore Robins, as the party of the first part, and the City of
Newport Beach, as party of the second part; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Sales Contract provides for
the party of the first part selling to the Second party one 1935
Ford Standard Fordor sedan,Bl&ok, and 3 :54 axle, Serial Not
A-WD50L , 1935 License Nol ;Lil11" , for the sum of $765.67,
upon the terms and conditions in said contract set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the benefit and best
interests of the City of Newport Beach that said Contract be
entered into.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Conditional
Sales Contract be, and the same is hereby approved as written by
the City Council of the city of Newport Beach, arri the Mayor and
City Clerk of said city shall, and they are hereby authorised and
directed to have the party of the first part sign said
Conditional Sales Contract, and the same shall thereupon be filed
and become Ia valid contract as between the parties thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of
August, 1935, by the following vote, to -wit:
