RESOLUTION NO. _
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, a certain lease wherein the City
of Newport Beach is designated as the party of the first part, and
Harry C. Fulton, is designated as the party of the second part;
and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that the first party
lease to the second party for a period of two years, commencing
as of December 1st, 1935, and ending on November 30th, 1937,
that certain ninety —three acre tract of land belonging to the
City of Newport Beach, and in said lease described, under the
terms, consideration and conditions in said lease set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said city that
said lease be entered into with said Harry C. Fulton, under the
terms, consideration and conditions mentioned in said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed and authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof
held on the72th day of November, 1935, by the following vote:
