RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Conditinal
Sales Contract wherein Theodore Robins is referred to as the
Seller, and the city of Newport Beach is referred to as the
Buyer; and
WHEREAS, said contract provides that the Seller
will sell to the Buyer one certain 1936 Ford V -8 Pickup, Motor
No. 18- 2214108, upon the terms and conditions in said Conditional
Sales Contract set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
believes that it is for the best interests of said City that said
automobile be purchased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Conditional Sales
Contract on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
City Council of the city of Newport Beach at an adjourned
regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of December, 1935,
by the following vote, to -wit:
