A Quitclaim deed dated the 14th day of August, 1936,
from HAVASI CORPORATION, a California oorporation, to the City of
Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, remising, releasing and
quitolaiming to the City of ITewport,Beaoh and to its successors
and assigns forever, all that real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:

Boulevard shown on said map to a point in the Northeasterly
prolongation of the Nort eaterly line of said Lot 2;thenoe South-

of said Lot 2 to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 2; and
thence southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2,
60 feet to the point of beginning.
I was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Oouncilman
and carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City
of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
