A quitolaiinm Deed dated the 8th day of February,
1937, from Coast Counties Holding and Investment Oompany, a oorp Mot
t on
to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation of the Sixth
Class of the State of Oalifornia, remising, releasing and.quitolaim•
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 417, 422 and 430, Tract No. 907, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 28, pages 25 and 26 inclusive,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
fte presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
Oalifornia.
WHEREUPON, Counoilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
