3 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 31st day of March, 1937,
4 fror Maude E. Phinney and James M. Phinney, husband and wife,
5 to the City of Newport B -Ach, a Municipal corporation of the
6 sixth class, remising, releasing and quitolaiming to the City of
7 Newport Beach, all that certain real pro,lerty situate in the
8 City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, and more
9 particularly described as followst
10 Lots 10 and 12, Block 538, Corona Del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
11 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California,
12 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
13 California.
14 WHERAWON, Councilman e' made

a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
17
Newport Beach, and that the Clerk be instructed to record the same
18
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, @allfornia.
