RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH GRANTING A VARIANCE
TO LEW H. WALLACE,
AFTER REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING
COMMISSION AND PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 440
AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of this City has
forwarded to this City Council for approval and endorsement
its approval of the application of LEW H. WALLACE.
and has transmitted the same, together with the complete
report of its findings and recommendations to this City
Council for approval and endorsement, and good cause appear-
ing therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the report,
findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission be
and they are hereby approved and made the report, findings
and recommendations of this City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said application
be and the same is hereby approved and endorsed by the City
Council, and that the approval of the City Council be endorsed
upon said application and upon said findings, report and
recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said LEW H. WALLACE,
is hereby granted a
variation,
adjustment and reduction so far as I.A.W. PLANNING COMMISSION'S RESpT.UT-1;
requirements are concerned on that property situated in the City
of New Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described

as Lot & 4E , Block A , Tract EAST NEWPORT
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a conditional permit to
carry out the purposes -of-this resolution be issued to the said
LEW H. WALLACE,

BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Inspector
• be and a is hereb .authorized and directed to issue to the
said such conditional permit.
