and quitclaiming to the City of 11Ft*nort Beach all that certain

Orange, yta.te of Ca.lifor.ri , described as follows, to-,71t:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 21, First Addition to Newport Heights,
as shown in Book 4, page 94 of Miscellaneous maps, Records
of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Ner:port Beach,
California.
