A Quitclaim Deed dated the 12th day of January, 1938,
Bomalick
from J. James Bomalick and Mabel R#/ to the city of Newport Beach,
a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the city of
Newport Beach all that certain real property situate in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 11, Block 539, Corona Del Mar, as shown on a
Map, recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman
motion, duly seconded by Councilman
Claire
Gordon
made a
M.
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and that the City- Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gordon, Claire,
Whitson, Brown and Williamson
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
_from the minutes of the city council of the city of Newport Beach
