A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING

THE CITY TREASURER OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
TO CANCEL ALL TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS WHICH ARE

AS OF THIS DATE DUE OR DELINQUENT, TOGETHER
5
WITH ALL PENALTIES THEREON, ON CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN TRACT 919 AS SHOWN IN DEED FROM R. C. AND
6
ELEANORE MIZE TO THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
Orange County, California, did on the 5th day of February, 1935,

acquire certain properties in Tract No. 919, in the City of
9
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN:�Yt��.a
Newport Beach, Orange County, California, from R. C. Mize .

and Eleanore Mize, his wife; and

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has agreed among
12
other things to cancel as of record all taxes and assessments
13
which are as of this date due or delinquent, together with all
14
City Clerk

penalties thereon.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
16
of the City of Newport Beach that all taxes, assessments and
17
penalties p against the property covered by said deed from R. C.
18
and Eleanore Mize, scouring as of this date, be cancelled, and
19
the City Treasurer of the City of Newport Beach is hereby
20
authorized, directed and instructed to cancal all such taxes
21
and assessments and penalties to this date on said property.

23 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
24 Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
25 City Council of the city of Newport Beach at an adjourned
26 regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of February, 1939-
