RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 21st day of March, 1938,
from John E. Childers, to the city of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class of Orange County, California,
remising, releasing and quitolaiming to the city of Newport
Beach all that certain real property situated in the city of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 18, Tract No. 682, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 20, page 19 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
was presented to the city council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the city of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
