A certain deed dated the 6th day of August, 1938, from Grace B. Olsen Fischer, to the city of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the sixth class of Orange Oounty, California, granting to said city of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Lot 4 in Block "Q" of Tract No. 323, as per map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. Subject to reservations, restrictions, assessments and liens of record. Subject to an easement for State highway purposes. was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach, California. WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion, duly seconded by Councilman �- h-tAnta and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,California.
