RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a certain Grant Deed dated the day of
1938, from the city of Newport Beach, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, to Arthur J. Br,
R. Brenner, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
Arthur J. Brenner and Clara R. Brenner, husband
that certain real property situated in the city
County of Orange, State of California, and more
described as follows, t6 -wit:

That portion of Lot 2 in Block 733, of Corona Del
Mar, as permap recorded in book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly
line of said Lot 2 with the Southerly line of the Northerly
25 feet of Lot 1 in Block "M" of Tract No. 323, as per map
recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of saidCounty Recorder; thence Easterly
along the Easterly prolongation of said Southerly line to
the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2; thence southeasterly
along said Northeasterly line of Lot 2 to the Easterly pro-
longation of the Southerly line of the Northerly 50 feet of
said Lot 1; thence Westerly, along the said last mentioned
Easterly prolongation to the said Southwesterly line of Lot
2; thence Northwesterly, along said Southwesterly line to
the point of beginning.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations and ease-
ments of record,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport'Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said city that said
property be deeded to the said Arthur J. Brenner and Clara R.
Brenner, husband and wife, as joint tenants, for the consideration

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
