A Grant Deed, dated the 8th day of October, 1938, from
Herbert Speth and Ruth C. Speth, his wife, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal Corpordion, granting to the said
City of Newport Beach, the following described real property,
to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Thirty -two
(32) in Block Thirteen (13) of Section Four,
Balboa Island as shown on a map recorded in
Book 7, page �7, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman e0.ttc __ made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman _ ZLIJ
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
