3 A Grant Deed, dated the 30th day of January, 1939, from
4 F. R. Aldrich and Olive J. Aldrich, husband and wife, to the
5 City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the
6 said City of Newport Beach, the following described real proper -
7 ty, to -wit:
S All that certain real property situated in the
9 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as
10 follows, to -wit:
11 Lot 5 in Block "W" of Tract No. 323, as per
map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41 of
12 Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
13 Subject to reservations, restrictions, assessments
and liens of record.
14 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
