RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS, the Pacific Electric Railway Company has this
day presented a renewal of lease with the City of Newport Beach,
covering the location of a Twelve (1211) Inch Storm Drain Pipe
under and acorss Pacific Electric Railway Company's Newport
Beach Line right of way at 57th Street, City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, the location of said storm drain pipe being
more particularly shown outlined RED on blueprint CEH 14082
attached to and made part of original lease #9096; and
WHEREAS, said easement is for the use of said City.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said lease
be and the same is hereby approved as written by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, and the Mayor of said City
and the City Clerk of said City shall, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to sign the same on behalf of the said
City and that a copy thereof, duly executed, be delivered to the
Pacific Electric Railway Company by the Clerk of said City, and
the original of said lease be filed in the office of the City
Clerk of said City.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular
meeting thereof held on the 20th day of February, 1939, by the
following vote, to —wit:
