RESOLUTION NO. &_l&
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is now the owner
in fee and its title appears as of record of all the follow-
ing described property, situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit.

(10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Four-
teen (14), Seventeen (17), Ei hteen (18), Nineteen
(19), Twenty (20), Thirty (30) Thirty -one (31),
Thirty -two (32)t Thirty -three 133), Thirty -four (34
Thirty -five (35) Thirty -six (36), Thirty -seven (37),

AND, WHEREAS, the books of said City show said property
to be tax delinquent and that there are unpaid taxes and
assessments against said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Auditor and
Tax Collector of the City of Newport Beach be, and they`. are
hereby authorized, directed and instructed to cancel all .
taxes and assessments paid as taxes on the above described
property, showing said property now to be ovkned by the City
of Newport Beach on the assessment rolls of said City free
from any tax lien.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting
thereof held on the 20th day of February, 1939, by the follow-
ing vote, to -wit;
