1 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 2nd-day of December, 1939
2 from HARRIET GODFREY, a married woman, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
3 a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing
- 4 and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach all that certain real
5 property situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
6 State of California, and more particularly described as follows,
7 to -wit:

Lot 3, Block Y, Tract No. 323, as shown on
9 a Map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 41
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
10 County, California.
11 Lot 13, Block 328, Corona del Mar, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
12 Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
13 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
14 California.
15 WHEREUPON, Councilman �� a; r e/ made a
16 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
17 carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
18 Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
19 same forthwith with the County.Recorder of Orange County, Californ
