A Quitclaim deed dated the 2nd day of December, 1939 from
THOMAS E. WILSON and MAMIE WILSON, husband and wife, to the City
OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the city of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particular
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 2, Block AA NWly 50 feet of Lots 3 and 5, Block
BB; Lot 3, Block X, all in Tract No. 323, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 14, pages 40 and 42 Of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California. �Q
WHEREUPON, CouncilmanlX��m v", made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilman (� e_,, and carried, that said
Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and that
the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
