RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 19th day of February, 1944
from CLYDE 0. HUGHES and RUTH B. HUGHES, husband and wife, to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach.
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 2, excepting therefrom the Northeasterly 15 feet;
and the Northeasterly 15 feet of Ocean Avenue adjoining
said Lot 2, on the Southwesterly side, as abandonded by
Resolution of the City Council of Newport Beach on January
4th, 1932, a certified copy of which Resolution was record-
ed January 5th, 1932 in Book 530, page 54 of Official
Records. All in Block K, Seashore Colony Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman aIV� made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by Is City of Newport Beach and
that th6 City-Cle ±k be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
