WHEREAS, a Partial Reconveyance f om NATIONAL TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY, as Trustee, under Deed of Trust dated December
21st, 1938, made by HUBERT GRENSTED and BESSIE N. GRENSTED, Trustor
reconveying without warranty to the person or persons legally
entitled thereto, the estate now held by it thereunder in and to
that portion of the property described as follows, to -wit:
That certain real property described as the right
of way for alley purposes and public utility purposes
over, upon, under and across all of the south one -half
of that certain'alley, 20 feet in width, adjoining
Lot 8 in Block 109.of Section B. Newport Beach, as
shown on map recorded -in Book 4, page 27 of Miscellan-
eous Records in the office of said County Recorder.
