WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated
March 1st, 1941, from Claire Green, Letha C. Allen and Gertrude
Waldron, as point tenants, to the City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, granting to the City
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, Countv of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 103, Tract 948, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 30, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, Califo ia.
WHEREUPON, Councilman M2.v. made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman OL VO:q. and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the City of Newport
Beach and that the City Clerk be instructed forthwith to record
the same with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit:
