A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 9th day of March, 1941 from
ERNEST R. SPARKS and AGNES W. SPARKS, husband and wife, to the
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
remising, releasing and quitclaiming tb the City of Newport Beach
all that real property situated inthe City of Newport Beach, Coun
of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 21, Block 643, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman cea_.., made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman _and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the C� ity of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
