Quitclaim deeds dated the 5th day of April, 1941 and
the 12th day of March, 1941 from LEONARD A. WRIGHT and MARY E.
WRIGHT, husband and wife, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a munici
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitcla
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated
in the City of Newport Beach,' County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 12 and 14, Block 739, Corona del Max,'
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
were presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman & made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deeds be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
