3 1HEREAS, BRADEN FINCH and KATHERINE FINCH, husband and
4 wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sun
5 of $400.00 for Lot 61, Block A, Tract No. 673, Corona del Mar, in
the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 20,

7 pages 17 and 1$ of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
8 California; and
9 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12
13 property be sold for the said sum of $400.00; and
14 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16 above described.
17 NOWp THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property he
18 sold to the said Braden Finch and Katherine Finch, husband and
19 wife, as joint tenants, for the sum of $400.00, free and clear of
20 all encumbrances, subject to the taxes forthe fiscal year 1941 -42
21 and unpaid improvement assessments of record. Also subject to
22 conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor
23 and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
24 and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties upon
25 receipt of the consideration above set forth.
26 BE IT FURTHi4M RESOLVED: That the sum of $100.00 be paid
27 to F. L. Andrews, as and for his commission for the negotiating of
28 the sale of said real property to Braden Finch and Katherine Finch,
29 his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and reasonable
30 commission to be allowed in said sale and said broker being a
31 licensed Realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 5th day of May, 1941, by the following vote, to —wit:.
