A Quitclaim deed dated the 6th day of June, 1941 from
FRANK W. BURKE, a single man, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
quitclaiming tothe City of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1, 3 and 5 in Block 743 of Corona del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council oothe City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman 4% - made a motio
duly seconded by Councilman Al!1Z -t. and carried, that
said quitclaim deed be accepted by thA City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
