3 An Easement and Right of Way dated the 26th day of
4 July, 1941, from V. E. Britton and Bessie C. Britton, to the
5 City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class
6 of the State of California, granting to the City of Newport Beach
7 an Easement and Right of Way for the purpose of the construction
8 of a bulkhead and the placing of anchors and anchor rode, and
9 certain filling incidental to the construction of said bulkhead,
10 and over the following described land situated in the city of
11 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of-California, and more
12 particularly described as follows, to -wit:.
13 Lots 3, 129 139 149 15 and 16 in Block "P"
of Tract No. 518, and portions of Lot M of
14 said Traot No. 518 adjacent thereto,
15 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
16 California.
17 WHEREUPON, Councilman e�p;r�, made
I8 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
I9 and carried, that said Easement and right of way be accepted by
20 the city of Newport Beach, and theClerk instructed to record the
21 same forthwith with the County Recorder of the County of Orange,
State of California.
