A certain quitclaim deed dated the 17th day of June,
1944, from Effie Florence Mosher to the City of Newport Beach,
a Munbipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing
and quitclaiming to the city of Newport Beach all that certain
real property situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lot Three (3) in Block Fifty -three (53) of "Ocean Front
Tract, Newport Beach", as shown on a Map recor ded in Book 4,
page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman W�e _q, made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman� and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith wi
the County Recorder or Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wit

I hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true
extract from the minutes of the City Council of the City of
