properties situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and owned by the City of Newport Beach in fee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes and penalties against
all the lots and property heretofore described be cancelled, and the Auditor
is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all such taxes and penalties as
are now outstanding against all the properties described in this resolution.
