RESOLUTION NO.,,
WHEREAS, Ross E. Hostetler and Zelma W. Hostetler,

husband and wife as joint tenants, have this day offered to the
2
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $201.00 for Lots 14 and 15,
3
Tract 444, in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map re-
4
corded in Book 19, Page 29 of Miscelleneo us Maps, records of
5
Orange County, California; and
6
WHEREAS the said price is a fair and adequate price
7
as and for the urchase
p price of said lot; and
8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
9
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
10
property be sold for the said sum of $201.00; and
11
WHEREAS the rice offered is
p just, fair and adequate
12
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property above
13
described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
15
sold to the said Ross E. Hostetler and Zelma W. Hostetler, husband
16
and wife as joint tenants for the sum of
j , $201.00, free and clear
17
of all encumbrances, BUbJeet to the taxes for the fiscal year
18
1945 -46. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations
19
of record. The Mayor'and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
20
and directed to execute and deliver a deed for the said property
21
to the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of S1.p0.OQ be paid
23
o Ralph P, Mackey, as and for his commission for the negotiating
24
of the sale of said real property to Ross E. Hostetler and Zelma W.
25
ostetler, husband and wife as joint tenants, the said sum being
26
fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and
27
aid broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach,
