A RESOLUTIO: ApPROVING MAP SHO,iING PORTION
OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP, AND
ABANDONED.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map showing a portion of a certain alley which the City of
Newport Beach proposes to vacate, close up, and abandon, and
described as follows, to -wit:
All of that certain alley 20 feet in width
and lying easterly of Hazel Drive, located in
Block "A ", as shown upon map of Tract 673,
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 20, Pages
17 and 18, Records of Orange County, California.
NOVI THEREFOR;. be it resolved that said map be, and the
same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings
for theabandonment of a portion of said alley, and that said map
be used in connection with the Resolution of Intention this day
passed in reference to the abandonment of said alley.
The above and foregoing Resolution No- L;Lwas passed
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, held on the 14th day of May, 1945, by the following vote,
to -wit:
