A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING PORTION
• 3 OF A CERTAIY STREET IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP,
4 AND ABANDONED.

has presented to the City Council of
the City of
Newport Beach a

certain map showing a portion of a certain
street
which the City

of Newport Beach proposes to vacate,
close up, and abandon, and

1 known as Nordina Street and described
as follows,
to -wit:
10 All that portion of Nordina Street, as shown upon a
map of Seashore Colony Tract, recorded in Book 7,
11 page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, lying northeasterly of the northwesterly
12 prolongation of a line fifteen (15) feet southwesterly
of and parallel with the northeasterly line of Lot 12,
13 Block 11 of said Seashore Colony Tract, and all that
portion of Nordina Street as shown upon a map of E1
14 Moro Tract, recorded in Book 8, page 75 of Miscellaneous
15 Maps, records of Orange County, California.

17 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that said map be, and
18 the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the City of New -
19 port Beach is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceed-
20 ings for the abandonment of a portion of said street, and that said
21 map be used in connection with the Resolution of Intention this day
22 passed in reference to the abandonment of said street.
