RESOLUTION NO. o1 �
WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 4th day of
June, 1945 from the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal Corpora-
tion of the sixth class, to GRIFFITH COMPANY, a corporation,
quitclaiming, releasing and remising to GRIFFITH COMPANY, a
corporation, all that certain real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
Lots 420, 800, 810 and 1088, Tract 907 — Lido
Isle, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 28,
pages 25 to 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Lot 1, Block 11, Section 1, Balboa Island,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 6, page 30
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the consideration
offered f cr said Quitclaim Deed is fair, dust and adequate and
not disproportionate to the actual value of the interest which
the City of Newport Beach has in and to said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City of Newport
Beach that said Quitclaim Deed be executed in fay.or of GRIFFITH
COMPANY, a corporation, by the Mayor and City Clerk of said
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed and authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed on be-
half of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is
instructed to deliver the same to GRIFFITH COMPANY.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
