A Deed of Easement dated the 11th day of August,

1945, from Clarence E. Vertrees and Opal L. Vertrees, husband and

wife, to the City of ;Tewport Beach, a riunicinal corporation of the

Sixth Class, granting to the City a right -of -way and easement
6
for the maintenance, repair, construction, and reconstruction of
7
a sewer line, three feet in width, in, under and over that certain
8
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County,
9
California, in a portion of Block 534, as shown upon a. map of
10
Corona del ; :ar, as recorded in I:isc.. Eaps, Book 3, °a-es 41-42
11
Records of Orange County, California, and described as follows,

to -wit:

All of that strip of land three feet in width and
lying parallel with and adjacent to the most north -
14
easterly line of Lot 5 in said Block 534
15
together with right of ingress and egress in and over said strip
16
of land, was presented to the City Council of the City of aTewport
17
Beach, California,.

motion, duly seconded by Councilman and

carried, that said Deed of Ec.serient be accepted by said City of

ITewport Beach, and the City Clerk instructed to record the same

forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
